2026 Soundpainting Think Tank

The 2026 Soundpainting Thinktank was held at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. The gathering is being hosted and organized by Leese Walker, and the Strike Anywhere Performance Ensemble, Tomi Tsunoda (Brooklyn Soundpainting Company/ Polyphoneco/ NYU),  and Walter Thompson in collaboration with the Powerhouse Theater Program at Vassar College.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
